Helpful Hints ~ Saving a Digital Scrapbook Page in PSE 6                  

 

It is easy to save a Digital Scrapbooking page made in Photoshop® Elements 6. If you have completed a Digital Scrapbooking page, or need to take a break, and would like to make any revisions or additions to the page later, saving the Digital Scrapbooking page to your computer is always the best option.

 

Step 1: Open the Digital Scrapbook Page or Project  that Needs to Be Saved

 

 

 

Once you have completed a Digital Scrapbooking Page in PSE 6 it is helpful to save it to work on later or for future use.

 

To Save – you must have a Digital Scrapbook Page Open in Photoshop® Elements 6

 

Next click on the digital page with your mouse you want to save to make sure it is selected

 

 

 

Step 2: Next go to the Menu Bar and Select the Save As Command

 

 

 

Go to File > Save As

(see red arrows)

 

 

Step 3: Name the Page and Navigate to Correct Folder

 

 

 

First, make sure that your new Digital Scrapbook page has a name.

 

Type in the name of the page in the File Name box (see arrow #1 in red)

 

Double click on the folder that you would like to save the Digital Scrapbooking Page in to open the folder (see arrow #2 in red)

 

Then press OK (see arrow #3 in red) to open the folder

 

 

Step 4: Save your Digital Scrapbooking Page in Specified Folder

 

 

 

Once you have navigated to a folder, click Save button

 

Your Digital Scrapbooking Page created in PSE 6 is now saved!

 

Next time you want to use this digital scrapbooking page - just navigate to this folder and open it in PSE 6
